Anybody with a center console mount a light bar?

I could really use one on my Xpress. Debating between mounting one on the rail that goes above the center console, or a smaller spotlight on the bow. Thoughts?

My thoughts are that a light bar mounted on the center console will reflect off of everything that is in front of it. I would only mount a light on the bow of the boat.

Bow would be better. On the console would light up the boat too much. They make a light called cyclops by Bluewater LED that is designed to mount on the bow other trolling motor bracket.
Old fashion q beam woks best.
Elusiveporpi has one with suction cups but still need a q beam to really run

Not legal to run anything that washes out the nav lights

If you don't have t-top, you have to put it on the bow, or it will kill your night vision in exactly .00001241 seconds.
Mine is on my t-top but it's far enough from the edge that the t-top itself shields the light from the boat.

I run mine under the bow. With suction cups and bungy cords. Works great. Just need a bigger one

best looking lightbar mount i've seen so far. Dude made a custom cover for his and put the nav light on top.

Gonna light up this inside of your boat and make it miserable for you trying to look out
