Anybody use an Outdoor Edge Zip Blade?

Does it work? I’ve seen videos that show it sliding through hide like butter.

Yeah I have one and my dad uses one. They work well. We've both got the swingblade version that's a regular knife on one end and the zip blade on the either. Just have to keep them sharpened.

I've never had to sharpen the zip blade as it holds an edge good and the other blade does the brunt of the work. The zip only gets used up the gut and down the legs. Neither zip blade of ours has been sharpened since we got them 3 years or so ago. We have to sharpen the other part after every deer though

I do. It's sharp. Never had to sharpen it but only cleaned 3 deer with it so far.

I also have the swingblade. Yes they work just fine.

I have the foldable version with regular blade and zip blade. I love the zip blade, never sharpened and this is the 3rd season
