Anybody ever use Rhus Tox poison ivy pills?

I work in landscaping and have gotten poison ivy a few times this summer so I have tried out quite a few remedies, most unsuccessfully.
The other day I was told about these Rhus Tox pills. The woman that told me about them said that they cause you to build an immunity to poison ivy. She said she took them for a month. At the end of the month she rubbed a poison ivy plant on her arm and did not get a rash, itch, nothing.
So has anybody tried these, and what were the results?

Never heard of that stuff but worth googling it. I have natural immunity to the poison ivy, oak, sumac, etc. It was never a problem until 15 years ago and I got a rash and some itching. That was it. Now I get a little red spot or two and some itching, but that seems to be it.

Zanfel, Zanfel, Zanfel. It is expensive but it works if you follow the directions. Also, lye soap is good to keep in the truck and use shortly after contact with any of the poison vines.
I own a landscape and lawn business and this is how I deal with it and it works. There is also a foam soap that you can get at walmart that works pretty well if used following vontact.

Actually, if you pay attention and wash exposed skin with Dawn after exposure, it really helps. The oil in the poison ivy/oak/sumac is what causes the rash and Dawn is great for removing oils.
I have gotten it bad my entire life and figured out the Dawn a couple of years ago. It's worth taking a couple minutes to wash your arms and face.
