Lusco outdoors has exotic hunts an hour from Mandeville. They also have some serious exotic hunts in TX at the old Champions ranch

Knob Hill has the biggest axis and fallow deer in Louisiana from what I have seen. They were also getting into a very large subspecies of Sika way back when. I don't know how that worked out. Their prices are good too. They have a contract with a very well respected taxidermist to handle the mounts if you don't want to mess with that yourself.
