Yes. They are the exact same as the critical defense ammo except for a green dot instead of red. Everything else is the same. Also the Zombie rounds are cheaper.

Just a couple of bucks if I remember right. I bought them just to see how well they cycled. My buddy is running them in his CCW. I'm running Cor Bon in mine. They are good rounds though. I also think another difference was that they are in brass cases and if I remember right aren't critical defense in steel cases?

I think critical defense are in nickle coated cases. Supposedly more reliable cycling, but I've yet see any semi-auto pistol lock up with brass (I'm not around semi's too much) so idk if there is really a difference or not.
