What ya getting AT?
I'm about a week or two myself from ordering one and trying to figure out what graph set up to run. FWIW gonna go with all bird products and probably won't be upgrading anytime soon so I want to get it right the first time.

If you want good maps dont get the hook. Ive had a Lowrance HDS and most recently a Garmin 93SV. I found the Garmin was the easier of the two to use. Pair it with a standard mapping card and you will be set. Dont go cheap IMO

Also, Just an FYI, the hook 2 is not compatible with Standard Mapping chips. The processor is also slow. Not dogging the unit, but if you are fishing in the marsh, IMO its worth getting a great map. The standard mapping chip is the best for our area in my opinion. Using a map that comes with it is terrible.

Very nice
Still going back n forth with black fox n gunmetal myself as a main hull color on an Eyra. Coral pins, silver mist and/ or white cap as well.
My first and last boat so I want to get it right

I bought this as my last boat as well. If I did it again today, I might would do it differently. Got talked out of dark gray gel for hull. Basically a copy of a boat at Sherm's marine. Also got talked out of white console.

Sure, there are plenty that aren't expensive -- but they'll be 15-20 years old with faded gelcoat.
"Post pics when you take delivery. What engine ?

I will.
200 Pro XS 4 stroke. I will probably reprop if it comes stock with a Fury.

I recently switched from Lowrance to Garmin. I use the standard map card. The map card worked better on the Lowrance. 2 levels of elevation on the Garmin pixilate, but when I zoom in or out past those levels the picture is fine. Standard Mapping says they are working on it with Garmin and hopefully will get fixed in an update.
Garmin adjusts the map screen significantly slower than my lowrance did when the screen shifts as you move. But not to the point of being a real issue. The Garmin is a touch screen and much bigger than my Lowrance was though. That makes up most of the difference. I think you would be fine with either. I fish in Dulac and surrounding.

I'm all ears....I was back and forth on this choice as well

The lower line of their boats(Pantera Classic and Margay) have all white internals and fender. He convinced me it would make a P2 look cheaper. I have to admit, my Margay trailer does look pretty cheap and dated in white. Also, I did not want a white boot(didn't want black either). When I chose light gray for the boot, it just made sense to go with light gray for the console.
I would probably design a different boat every time

Good choice on the P2 as well. I would actually rather have one but Hartwell, Clark Hill, Santee Cooper and Eufaula back home can all get nasty really quick thus the slightly bigger Eyra is the better (mas dinero of course) choice for me.
I will long for the P2's ability to get on plane and hit 70-plus faster than practically anything else on the water though, of this I'm sure

P2 is all I can fit(barely)in my garage. That was #1 priority. I actually like a lot of the features of the classic, but the extra 6" and terrible livewell system are deal breakers. Eyra would be my dream if larger garage. Kinda bothers me that the 200 is the lowest HP of that engine weight. Then again why in TF would I need to go over 70?
Not looking forward to propping this boat. The Margay was a nightmare.

20 years ago wife & I decided to downsize - smaller, nicer home in gated subdivision (OAO the multitude criminals that prey on nice people
There were at least 6-8 house available in this subdivision - but not a single one had a garage that would accommodate a 21' Bullet (It's actually 21'-10" plus jackplate plus 3 liter Mercury). So the obvious (???) solution was to have a custom home built.
The builder we picked (who owned the only lot available at that time) took 11 months to build our house - then we started on punch-list items (another 3 months). And naturally, this "nicer smaller" home ended up being 1000 sq. ft. bigger than our old home. Naturally.
This contractor was so disreputable that his contractor's license was revoked about 6 months later due to complaints filed by other clients. Our house came out ok (mainly because we kept an eye on things and caught 4-5 huge deviations from the architect's plans) but we went through 14 months of drama - plus countless hours spent arguing/deciding on wall colors, flooring, brick color, pool deck & trim colors, roof shingles, cabinet stain, drapes, ad nauseam.
We could have bought the house across the street (literally), or any of 5-6 more in this subdivision, for $200k less. The value of the house has barely risen to what I paid for it.
All of this because I wanted the 21'-10" Bullet instead of the perfectly adequate 20' Bullet (which would have easily fit into every one of the garages at those existing homes).
