The ac is not blowing but you can feel the cool air in the seat. What does the OB say?
Blower motor?
Blower resistor?
Blower relay?

Ok there are two relays
40A blower motor relay power
blower motor relay
I know how to check a fuse and have a meter. How do I check a relay?

If you are talking about the cooling for the seats, I seem to recall that the unit that blows on/cools the seat is actually on the floor and not in the seat itself. Unlikely that it is cooling from underneath the seat if it is not blowing.
I believe it looks like a little puck or canister 3 or 4 inches in diameter.

Check for voltage on both sides of the relay. A relay uses low amp 12 volts (from switch) to connect hi amp 12 volts to blower. Check to see if you are getting 12 volts to relay. If not look at switch. If yes you should be getting 12 volts on both sides of relay.
Battery to switch, switch to blower (thru relay).

I don’t think the seat coolers are part of the AC system but I could be wrong.

It's a resistor switch under the passenger dash. My 2013 KR did the same thing. You can fix it in 20 minutes taking a 10 minute beer break.
Edit: Google it. Autozone will sell the part.

Thanks cajuncarguy. I ran through all the checks but in the end it was the resistor. I changed it in 10 minutes. Thanks for you baws posting the videos.
