There will be 2 slips for the 2 cabins rented at Delacroix Lodge.

I don't think anyone staying at Delacroix Lodge has a boat except me and I'm not sure if I'm bringing mines. I don't know the area, but figure I could find some reds in it without going across any open water and maybe even head into the marsh and find some bass. Or use it to taxi kayakers.

I've got use of the company boat, but don't think if be employed come 6-2-14 if I brought it. I'm most likely going to work on my fellowship/ listening to both kinds of musco/ cooking/ tomfoolery skills than worry about responsibilities. I'm taking a weekend off of responsibilities next weekend.

I most likely will only pack a fishing pole just so that I don't hear any shite when I strike out about going fishing without tackle.

I understand how you feel, but fishing is my relaxation.

What time yall heading there Friday? I'm considering taking a half day Friday and trying to get an afternoon trip in.

I'd like to catch a few trout, but I've got a couple of business trips planned in June. This trip is going to be my relaxation. I've got a spare $100 bill in the back of my wallet I always keep for an emergency. This one will most likely he used to buy 15 pounds of catfish fillets at Mandeville Seafood Sunday around lunch time and brought home to be served as speckled trout.

Don't have any of those, but I do have a plethora of white perch jigs in all colors, including white.

hell yes

I grew a beard for contraband days for my pirate getup and the wife and kids have been begging me to shave since. I told them not until after this trip, if I end up with a mug shot, I want to look as crazy as possible. (also don't want to be recognizable if incriminating photos are taken )

My idea is to take a couple pics with some fish that the others count and send it to my gf and tell her I actually got out on the water and caught some fish
