Where are we with plans for this trip?
It looks like a jambalaya to feed 25 one of the nights. What about the other night? Everyone bring their own steak or does a shrimp boil or fish fry sound better?
Does anyone have a portable sound machine/ iPod dock for both kinds of music? I can bring a generator, if needed.
Do we need a jet burner and big pot for any reason? I'm now counting down the days for this trip.

Bring the burner so I can cook in the morning. I don't have room in my ride to bring mine. I'll split the cost of propane if needed. I'm bringing my Dutch oven to cook eggs in. I have all the fixin's for breakfast tacos for Saturday morning. I'm going pretty mild cause I don't know everyone's tolerance for heat but I think I still have a few jars of homemade salsa ranging from "this is warm" to "holy frick call a paramedic and a dairy farmer"
I keep referring back o the OP for updates, maybe put the menu in the notes post with needed items and who's bringing what.
