Just messing. It's not that hard.

It's plenty big enough for 30 yakkers, depending on how far people want to paddle of course.

Ill go 6 miles out if I have to

Yeah but some of these pansies don't want to paddle at all, much less 6 miles.

That's just a warm up...
Just left backpacker looking at the Hobie Adventure ISland. Looks like a good combo setup.
Demo day at LSU lakes on 15th of this month.

So how are we going to do this? Total length of anything & everything caught w/ Scouts honor system?
Posted on 2/3/14 at 12:49 pm to VanRIch
Largest trout and largest slot red. I'd keep it simple....all in good fun. Then we can brag about how many we caught when we get back to the launch.

Any trout in Delacroix in the summer?
Posted on 2/3/14 at 12:51 pm to jimbeam
I have no idea.
Never fished there.

I'd be fine with a bag of reds and green trout. Love eating trout and catching reds.

You see the bass I caught Sat? Check the hoist thread.

Haven't been to the area in years.
Any overnight accommodations near by? Didn't see any info in OP.

well it is just a trip, but you know how competitive everyone is going to be, haha. I'm fine with no competition, just thought I'd throw it out there.
Trout can be found in the bigger lakes further south, I've never gotten into them in the yak, only on a boat.
