Who’s watching the Olympics and has the weird audio description thing going on?

This happened four years ago. You can hear all the audio like normal but then there’s another audio channel of a woman describing everything that’s going on.
It’s not something with my tv settings. Because it was doing it for the Olympics before the news came on, news came on without the weird audio, now back to

That is literally the Audio Description channel. There are some events including "Primetime in Paris" that have AD audio channels as a choice.
Open the Subtitles and Audio, not sure on the phone app but if you are using it on the TV app just use the up button to see the time bar and then go up again to the "restart", "subtitles & audio" and "more details" icons and click on the subtitles and audio one. English, English 5.1, English AD and English 5.1 AD are all available for shows with the AD channel. Just click on English or English 5.1 without the AD and it should solve the issue.
Anytime you see "AD)))" anywhere around TV or movie content it is the audio description channel.
ETA rereading you post it sounds like you are watching a local feed (cable, sat or streaming) so it still could be the above problem with your audio setup because local news usually doesn't have an AD channel so you just hear the normal newscast even if it is turned on. If it is not turned on and you are watching a local network feed by any means you might want to call the local channel it may be an issue with them because it doesn't seem to be the national feed since I recorded my local feed and checked it and my replay feed on Peacock and neither of them had it on unless I turned it on at my end.

You're watching the blind people channel.

What setting do I use to make the voice stop telling me to "cleanse the city?"

I won’t watch the Olympics after the whole last supper ordeal
