IO used to work there years ago but don't recall these two being built at that time. I was wondering bif they were built there after I left or were built there at all.

I think I remember seeing an Atlantis division one time I went in there, but didn't see any Deep Water.

It was only the topside portion, the hull was built elsewhere

I know for sure that the Atlantis Topsides Modules were built at mcdermott. The Hull was built at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering

The topsides for TH was built @ McDermott's yard and then it was mated with the hull portion in KOS' yard in Texas,

The topside for all four facilities mentioned were built at McDermott. Thunderhorse and Atlantis are semisubmersibles built in Korea, which were brought to Kiewit Offshore Services in Port Aransas where the topsides were installed. Mad Dog and Holstein are spars which required offshore installation of the topsides.
