What a gamechanger. This seems to have the potential to be a gamechanger similar to 9/11 in some ways, i.e., change the practice of offshore drilling, destroy one of our nation's most plentiful and valuable resources, destroys countless jobs and even industries, etc...

It's water temperature and direction of current. We use this stuff for offshore fishing, but they're giving it away for free right now to monitor the spill.
I believe that one is from today.

I know that, but what I am asking is that real time around where the slick is or is it just a graphic on top of the water temp graphic.

chill out man. yes its real time or as near as possible it is updated via satelite at a regular interval maybe hourly? not exactly sure but it is as real time as possible.
