I’ve been using this stuff all week to help fall asleep and to say it works fast is an understatement. A full dose of this stuff will bring me from wide awake one minute straight to a tingling sensation all over the next minute then to waking up completely rested 9 hours later. Maybe I’m just a lightweight but I’m glad I found it. Just took it 15 minutes ago and
