I quit dipping and now hooked on these.

I use the 3mg ones but use 3 at a time to feel like a dip.

Is 30 mg of nicotine a day too much?

Traded one vice for another.

It was harder for me to quit the nicotine gum than it was dipping. Finally just started chewing regular gum and now I have packs of gum everywhere.

I chewed two 4mg pieces at a time usually all day long.

Damn I hope not. I've been chewing nicotine gum for like a decade. I don't smoke anymore though

These things have done better at helping me stop smoking than anything I've ever tried in the past. That Zyn Coffee is pretty damn good.

Not sure on the health effects of them, but pure nicotine is way better for you than getting it from tobacco of any kind.

It’s a nice change of pace.

But I like the taste of tobacco.

Not a bad trade, from a long term health perspective. What’s the cost differential?

It's about $2 cheaper than a pack of smokes for me. So at a pack a day and a can of Zyn last me 2 days, I'm getting out a good bit cheaper.

I tried these out just for fun while ferrying a plane across the country by myself - just to help myself stay awake without having to pound energy drinks. I nearly puked. Rookie move.

I like that Black Buffalo stuff. It's actually cheaper than Houston dip prices even with shipping. I can't ever get into pouches.

Wait, you thought they were like actual coffee for energy via caffeine?

No, I was hoping for a classic nicotine buzz that just happened to taste like coffee. That was not my experience.

Are you using the knock off brands or Nicorette?

Okay. I just read you got them instead of energy drinks and just thought you saw coffee and thought they were caffeine pouches or something. I've seen you post and didn't believe you could be that dumb so glad you cleared that up.

Anyways, when I first got some, I was really surprised at the strength and the "burn" (in that dipping good burn). I've tried just about all of the different brands save for a couple and all of the flavors except for the ones I just know I don't like and the Zyn Coffee flavor is the right combo of nicotine strength, to curb my cravings, and good flavor. As an example: the On brand citrus flavor...taste like citrus if you were to shave lemon or orange zest into a shot glass and soak it in water for a couple days. Just bitter AF.

Nicotine gum or mints do that to some people. They gave my wife ridiculous hiccups. Occasionally I'll get them for a few minutes but it's rare. No clue what causes it.

I never got the hiccups with the brand name stuff. I only got them when I got the knock offs. Even the brand name lozenges were ok.

I'm not an expert but I would say the Zyn is better overall than dip because it's not tobacco and doesn't have all the extra chemicals and shite dip has.
