I do not usually support open carry, in this situation I do.
Humans are pack animals, and we will attack anything if our blood is up.
These four guys change the dynamic. No matter how unruly the crowd gets, they trust that the police won't blindly massacre them. They do not have the same trust for these idiots.
Makes all of them do some serious cost/benefits analysis.

I have no idea why they are carrying those rifles. They don't have legal authority to shoot anyone and the last thing in the world they should want is to throw that rifle up in defense. And God forbid they shoot someone, that person is in for years of nightmare that very few people can comprehend.
