65 289 V8 Mustang. Dragged it home in 1978. Rebuilt engine, new seats, new headliner, new carpet and transmission was a C4 out of a Falcon.
Got it all together and drove it through high school and at Auburn. I even drove it during my first job. Gave it up when I bought a ranger pickup.

The belt routing for the cooling fan always blows my mind.

If the belt is a little worn, it would slide off. The turbo was great and just needed larger, wider rims and a ton of weight in the front. The heater was terrible.

1972 Mustang Mach 1
Bought it for $1,200 cash in 1980 when I was a sophomore in HS.
Had a big V8 and honestly scared me to death. Wish I held onto it.

1999 black Toyota 4Runner. Loved that car. One day I’d love to buy one to have as a spare vehicle for nostalgias sake. Maybe a 40th birthday gift to myself.

71 VW. Dark green metallic. Got it in 74. Put in a quadrophonic 8-track and a beer tap handle for a gear shift. That’s the extent of accessories. Oh, it came with a heater.
