Wait, earlier you told me that we shouldn't rely on the Government to tell us what is safe and what isn't.

We should not. You are an adult and should know that fricking skittles is not on the food chart pyramid.

You mean the food chart pyramid provided by the government?

But if so, then clearly you must want a warning label on every single food item outside of locally grown vegetables.

California is working on it. I believe they actually do it to protect local products, create a unique market because the public safety aspect is hilarious.

They pride themselves in unique consumer laws, and its not for safety purposes.

The real interpretation is he has no more information than the FDA, and TDs dweebs think he's right.

A lot of that stuff is banned in most developed countries for the reasons listed. They should just slap a label on the package like cigarettes.

So the FDA is corrupt and doesn't have our best interest, but we should listen to them when it comes to food safety?

Gotcha.

I don't really need them. Unlike you, I do plenty of independent research, enough to know the politician from the Van Nuys area is a dumbass.

Nah, you're illiterate.

Saying this guy has less credibility than the FDA and thats already a low bar) isn't deferring to authority.

BTW: The propylparaben, one of the ingredients your hero is struggling with here is naturally occurring in many fruits and vegetables.

Saying "The FDA has already established regulations therefore we should ignore this guy" is exactly deferring to authority.

And that is ok. I just want you to admit it
