Because I've been around sports enough to know the notion of what you're saying is freaking stupid andcwould only be brought up by someone who doesn't know their arse from a hole in the ground.
If that call was going to be made, home would have made it. A field ump is not going to jump in and try to claim they could see it better than home. If you knew shite about sports you'd know that already instead of having to have it explained to you.

Absolutely frick that umpire. It would have been great to stand at the fence and heckle that bastard for the rest of the game. Chants like, arse---hooooole, arse-hoooooole!" Would have been so appropriate.
