I hear you.
What I guess gets to me the most, is that it has ruined the game of football for me in a lot of ways. Never being able to look at a game and not feel biased, it makes you not even want to watch, if the people who are entrusted to do the job will not do it..why should it be worth it? For a game that big, and knowing the NFL knows what it means to a team's fans..
No word from them. With the silence they are speaking volumes. We're not worth it to them, so why should they be worth anything to us. What sucks is because, even though I dont know them personally, I like our players and want to support them and the fleur-de-lis..but not that shield.

Nah man. Going to games aren’t cheap. Just finding the sitter was a bitch. Everyone knows the next day is hell after you’ve been partying down there.
Now? After this?
Nah
It’s not a sport. It’s a fictional league that’s being manipulated by nefarious means. Thing is, they’d make more money if they just allowed it to be a real sport where teams compete and games aren’t coerced by referees that are seemingly incompetent. I say that because there’s no way that guy thought he should have held his flag. Or the other guy. shite, both of them? What are the odds?
The entire place was dumbfounded. It was like watching your dog get hit and killed by a car. You know it happened, you just can’t believe it.

You and everyone else. I’d always thought it was rigged, fixed, influenced by some other 3rd party. But, this absolutely proved it. I think a lot of people that were on the fence now know the truth.
And for people saying it’s just a game, that’s true. Games have rules, just like life. That’s why we play them, to teach life lessons. The lesson being taught here is that gross negligence, incompetence, corruption and cheating are the norm for the NFL, and there is no recourse.

hat one missed call, and it was awful, was a small blip on the radar of the reasons the Saints lost.
If you don't agree with that, fine. But just know that every single news outlet out there, and football expert out there, and the entire sports world disagrees with you. But hey, keep on fightin' the good fight. You go, Captain Contrarian.

I’d say a bigger literally difference maker was Arnold dropping that TD, but then again I like to see games won on the field, by the players.

It's kind of hard to catch the ball that was perfectly thrown on a brilliant play when you illegally tackle the receiver a full second to a second and a half before the ball gets there. That's a win on the field, chief.
If that was a legal play, every cornerback would do that and very few catches would be made by receivers unless they were wide arse open. That's exactly why it's a penalty.

I do too...small mistakes that I am told to correct. If I were to make a mistake of this magnitude, with implications this large...I would be fired. I'm fairly sure that's the case for everyone on here.
