You ever wake up with a random song stuck in your head for no apparent reason?

This morning I woke up with a song stuck in my head and I have no clue how the hell it even came up. I certainly haven't listened to it recently, yet for some reason, when I woke up this morning, this song was stuck in my head.
I almost don't even want to mention what song it was, bc to be frank, I'm a little embarrassed by it.
The song I speak of is Ace of Base - The Sign
PS - even worse, now that I looked up the song so that I could link it, this funky beat has me dancing like an early 90s aerobics instructor.

I woke up this morning with “Hate Me” in my head. Haven’t heard that song in several years. Never really cared for it. But it was vividly playing in my head upon waking. Freaking strange.

Do you ever “tune in” to your inner thoughts while they are mid-sentence? That always weirds me out. Like I’m interrupting my brain from its own internal conversation. Hoping I’m not alone here.
