The majority of people are average looking. Even if they were fat or too skinny, you still wouldn’t notice them as attractive people.
I think most people that are fit are at least somewhat attractive. There have been very few true butterfaces that I've come across.

I haven't been to the beach in a while but I do wonder what all of these ozempic women look like under their clothes. Sure, you can tell when they're dressed up that they've lost some weight but I'd imagine the lack of lean mass on their frames at places like the beach must be very noticeable and a bit strange looking tbh.
Their skin hangs and they have zero muscle tone.
Picture an old person with more skin elasticity and that’s what you get until their body has time to tighten up the skin.
The ones who go aggressive with it are worse they look like someone who had massive liposuction and their skin hangs and folds like a kid wearing their parents workout clothes.

Geez. I think I'd rather a lady that has a couple extra pounds on her than a skinny, skin hanging look. That sounds awful.

I’ve been told it tightens up if they stay with it, but yeah it’s not like someone losing weight at the gym and replacing it with muscle tone to reduce the impact on the skin.
The fat goes along with some muscle meaning the skin can’t keep up like a skinny person wearing a shirt that’s too big.

Hopefully these women are at least lifting and getting some protein in them. Strength training and muscle mass is important for men but you could make an argument it's even more important to women. Everything from hormonal regulation to bone density as they age is helped with carrying lean mass and strength training. I imagine it's got to be super hard to put on mass though while on the shots since, from what I gather, it basically just makes you eat a small amount of food.

If they’d been lifting and eating right they wouldn’t be on GLP1 to begin with.
There are issues being found with bone density reductions related to these products where some young people are facing osteoporosis like outcomes as a result of sustained use, but it doesn’t look like the impact is consistent so they’re doing more trials to figure out why and who is most at risk.

Observational data: Some large studies report a ~30% higher relative risk of osteoporosis diagnosis with GLP-1 use

Yeah, that’s true. I guess I could understand maybe short term use to kill of a stubborn last 10-15 lbs but not that prolonged skeletor use.
