Discreetly video Tape and snap as many pics as I can.
Post them the next day on every one of her friends Facebook page as well as hers. Email it to all of her contacts.
Make sure her mother and father see it.
Phone her and tell her to get her shite out of the house before I get home from work.

Did she know you saw her with the other guy? IF not just wait have her tailed with photos. Then once you get the SOLID PROOF go to the lawyer draw up the papers. Pack her shite put it out on the front lawn and tell her YOUR CRAP IS ON THE LAWN WITH A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SIGN ON IT. Change the locks and move on.

Know a guy that walked in on this. Was a LEO at the time and carrying a side arm.
Calmly walked out the house and left.
15 years later was arrested and jailed for assault with a deadly weapon. Never asked what THAT guy did to draw such a reaction out of him.

This. You don't need to get drunk or stoned as this is definitely a time to be in control of all faculties.
