Unchecked climate change has been leading to more examples of radical weather, including an increase in floods.

Bolded part is final paragraph of an NBC “news” article. I suspect Yellowstone has seen a 2” rainfall prior to “climate change”.

The flooding is unfortunate, but natural.

My buddy put in at the Mississippi river headwaters on Thursday. Kayaking the entire distance. He's hike the PT full and half the AT. Much respect to anyone that simply attempts anything like that in full. My backpacking trip in the tetons got cut short cause of altitude sickness by anpther guy. Still got some good time in tho and an experience of being way too close to an angry moose.

Things are getting bad. It's not like the flood of BR, but they are calling it a 100+ year flood. Some family has been evacuated already. My grandfather will lose his cabin on the Yellowstone tonight most likely.
