100%. I wonder if they do let him win so he can hit the 1000 day milestone then drop it at the next PLE after that. Maybe tonight he wins either dirty or by a fluke or DQ and Rhodes doesn't just let it go like every other challenger has.
That being said, I'll be shocked if Cody doesn't walk away with the belt tonight.

Last year, when Mania was in a Southern state, we all cheered as a good ol' baw from Texas won the ME of Mania Day 1. Last night, in some far-away West Coast foreign land, they cheered as two dirty foreigners from the Frenchy part of Canada won the ME of night 1.
