If Roman wins tomorrow night the WWE will lose fans.

No they'll lose then if he loses and leaves.

Sami is a great character, kids also really pull for him. AEW is boring as hell to me.

Disagree. You’re wrong. Sami is a GREAT story teller.

I hate their stupid shtick of pretending like every indy star is a massive deal.

Sami looks like a 37 year old accountant made his way into the ring.

The only drawback yesterday was the crowd in Philly seemed very muted. I think it has to due with the size of the venue and it being open air. A place like US Bank in Minneapolis would hold more of the crowd noise and feel more intimate.

A packed 17k arena is always going to have more buzz though.

Read a lot on social media that the crowd was a bit subdued due to the temps and it was way too cold. I’d have probably been miserable too.

It was the cold 100%.

If they do them up north again, it has to be done indoors. That really has to be on the non-negotiable list.

I think the way the stadium is set up as well and a part in not hearing the crowd as well. One of the drawbacks of having open air stadium shows are that the noise will shoot straight up, compromising the acoustics

I will say the crowd was pretty consistently engaged the whole night. There was no match that they seemed completely disinterested in on Night One. Were they hot the whole time (no pun intended)? No. But they reacted strongly every time they needed to.

The only match on Night Two I’m worried about is the Philly Street Fight but hopefully the contrast the Big Meaty Men Slapping Meat with Montez doing some star making shite.

Or Scarlett just comes out nekkid

I'm starting out Wrestlemania Sunday watching the Slammy today. R-Truth is a first ballot HOFer. He deserved to get that win last night.

Last night was my first time watching in a while. Seems like the Rhodes reigns match tonight has potential for some of the old guard to get involved. Any confirmation of anyone being there that could step in?

Watching Stand and deliver, they're doing a promo for wwe shop and there's a Philly 3:16 shirt.

:glass shatters:
They sold a Chicago 3:16 at RAW a couple weeks ago. No glass shattering then.

Tonight really just feels like creative's last effort to get Kross over. They have got to have plans for him and Bobby throw down.

And most of that time was spent laying on the mat or staring at each other. The match felt clunky, to me. I was dying for it to end around the 25 minute mark.
As I looked at the clock and it reminded me of that Flair-Sting 45 minute match Crockett put up against Mania. Lots of laying around in that match too. I'm not saying lady night was on that level but it was far from the way you're making it sound. The 44 minutes flew by and for the most part the entire night delivered. I don't know why anyone would want to end their night watching gymnastics and blading.

Philly Street Fight

I’m BEGGING for a Street Profit split. There’s not many reasons to put this match on the card unless it’s used to catapult someone one way or another.

I can't stand this Gabriel guy. Hopefully they don't have too much of him in the new Rivals episodes. Charlotte looking like she stole her jacket from Logan Paul's closet.

ETA: I've got a feeling she is going into the HOF next year with Ric introducing her just down the road from where he got his start. HOF is one event (aside from Cody tonight) that causes my emotions to be moved to tears. I'm sure both will be mentioning Ried... Next year should be when Bray and Brock (Paul did confirm at the presser that he is still a part of WWE) go in a well.

50 degrees is not cold for a Northerner, especially coming off winter where we have our winter diesel blood flowing through our veins.

We had a garage party for WrestleMania last night with the garage open and it was in the 40s here. Temp was fine.
