I'm not gonna lie I'm usually pretty generous about the shows but this one did underdeliver a bit. Nobody like Rock or Bork showing up plus idk if the crowd was dead or it was just acoustics or what but it being so quiet really killed the show for a lot of it
The crowd drives a lot of the excitement as a viewer and if the crowd doesn't bring it it subconsciously effects you at home

Ok so don’t hold 97 against me because that was the wonky story that got us to the best match in history involving Bret Hart…..Austin didn’t compete for the title and instead we got Sid Vicious main eventing Wrestlemania a good 5-7 years after he had any business doing so…..that was a convoluted story if there ever was one.

I do wonder how Seth's injury possibly affected this. I think Cody can do an Elimination Chamber match more than Punk. I guess they needed to leave Punk's opponent for WM open? Cody vs Roman has likely been set for nearly 2 years. They're hyping this streak so it's a huge deal when Cody wins it's my guess. (They didn't hype the length nearly as much before Cody came back.)

I think the interesting feud will be Rollins. Surely they build to Rollins/Punk next year? Punk/McEntyre would be nice.

The Cody-Roman story shouldve ended last year with Cody winning. Sucks it's gonna main event Mania for a second straight year.

Look up the stadium's history. It was built for Reinsdork to move the Sox into. Illinois caved minutes before the point of no return and built them a northern shithole. In the first few years the projects still existed on the other side of the freeway (and does were fired into the stadium several times). Tampa then used it as a flea market until MLB awarded them an expansion team.
