It obviously wouldn't be for the Universal Title....the belt would just be on Brock's shoulder on the way to the ring.
The WWE could pretty easily explain a shoot fight loss and their fans wouldn't care.....plus they could just take the belt off of Brock and then turn him face and after two losses (UFC loss and WWE title loss) they could build him back up into another huge PPV playoff against a dastardly heel.

Roode is a great heel and they’ve made him a gimmick. Just like they’ve done with Bob and starting to do with Elias

If Cody Rhodes or Kenny Omega or any other big indy name is considering signing with WWE, they need to ask Bobby Roode if that's a good idea.

Obviously the WWE title would not be on the line but Vince will not risk a steroid free Brock getting knocked out/chocked out within the first minute of the match making his entire product look second rate...especially as he tries to launch a football league
