I just have this feeling that they seem to feel now's the time to give Finn some top of the card run
give him the win over Jinder earlier... have him pin Corbin in this match... that way neither the mystique of Cena nor Drew's heel push to the top is hurt... only Corbin's stature
we saw Finn & Brock already put on a fairly good match against each other before... let them put on another good match at the Rumble... maybe even have Finn bust out the Demon for an extra push
Brock can remain the heel... and Finn having an excellent main event match on 1 of the Big 4 (post injury) would really raise his stature... even in a loss

Brock wrestled Bob Holly for the title at the Rumble one year. The rumble matches are the only ones that matter.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they go with Finn, I guess I’m coming around on that idea. They have pushed him a little more lately

I mean that’s true but that was also what, 15 years ago? The roster was in a very unique situation back then but it sort of is now as well
