In my rural mt locale

1. Fed ex.

2. Usps

3. Ups.

Ups is so bad i try not to let them be involved when i buy off internet.

Fed ex costs more.

Area is small enough population i can call postmaster and he recognizes my voice , gets my delivery person on the phone for me. Terrific service.

ill be honest, I hear people bitching about usps all the time and I don't doubt they frick up, but I've rarely had an issue with them. They'll ship something from key west to Seattle for 49 cents though, so pay for UPS next time (who also fricks up, they're human)

I'm in the same boat as you. I've shipped hundreds of packages from things I've sold on eBay. I can only remember one or two times in all the years of my shipments that USPS has never delivered something.

Only issue I ever have with the USPS tracking system is usually around Christmas time. Other than that it's always been smooth sailing

USPS is terrible. There were multiple times when we ordered something from Amazon, and for some reason the mail person scanned it as signature required, no one home. And it said we had to come pick it up. The funny part is the box did not require a signature and we were home.

The problem is your specific mail carrier the rest of the county runs without a hiccup, even in rain, sleet or snow. Sorry.

Now when I order something I just tell them to hold my packages at the location when they get them and don't even try to deliver them. I'll do your job for you you fricking morons

This is the correct answer for all packages that have the misfortune of being handled by usps.

I tried calling them once... its impossible to get a hold of someone. There's even a website dedicated to reaching a human when calling the customer service line because the usps keeps changing up the menu once too many people figure it out

Yep, nary a issue here, she will even swing back by if no one was home to sign on her way back to town.

Sorry you have a shitty postman, seriously.

In Nola usps is money. My prime 2 day delivery Is usually sitting on my steps the very next day.

I think it's all depending on where you are receiving the package.

I was in SC two weeks ago and had a 2 day package sent on Saturday and didn't get it until late Friday. 6 days. And the tracking had it at the facility 30 miles away for about 3-4 days.

Nothing. They do not, nor have they ever given a shite about you or your package.

In Houston now we have been getting Amazon delivery drivers for our two day packages. Had a package delivered this past Sunday at 8pm. I guess since there in a distribution warehouse in Humble they have their own drivers deliver most of the packages now.
I live in the Humble area and some packages from Amazon have been delivered to me by just a guy in his car.

I was wondering what that was all about but maybe that explains it.
