The catholic high school in NOLA that I attended has been hair testing for drugs for close to 25 years. They started it when i was there.
It was "random", LOL. Supposedly they had a computer program that every day selected 5 ID numbers and those were the kids tested. No one outside of the very high ups at the school ever saw the "program".
I got tested once in two years. I know people that got tested almost 40 times in two years.
