I don’t think my wife has gained any weight after going thru it. She’s still size 0/2. She eats 3000 calories or more a day while sitting on the couch watching tictok.

They are denying that they gained weight?

Or are they denying the weight gain like “no, Weight, you will not grow!”

Not sure why you say they can't give hormones.

Many women are on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy).

I've been told it helps with mood, sexual desire, etc.

Calories in vs calories out

Your wife is either sneaking some cheat meals or y'all have no clue how to count calories

Hormones are a crazy thing. During all three of my pregnancies I probably gained 10 pounds in the first trimester even though my eating and exercise habits didn’t change. I’ve never struggled with my weight, but I gained outside the normal range for all three kids. The weight eventually fell off on its own, but not until I quit breastfeeding. It’s like my body wanted the extra fat for evolutionary reasons. Pregnancy really changed my view on weight gain and how much of it is simple self control.

But diet and exercise cures all weight problems
Well, if you're actually putting in the work, it does. How many fatties did they liberate at Auschwitz?

I do believe that ultra-processed and fast foods are designed to keep you eating more, are calorie dense, and nutritionally lacking, and, for those reasons should be eaten rarely. I'll also allow that there are chemicals in modern food that can make it harder to lose weight. But, history proves, that, at the end of the day, 'calories in/calories out' is undefeated. Put in the work and truly cut the calories and you WILL lose weight.

If you don't, you should dedicate your body to science, because it holds the key for infinite energy.
