It’s a total cluster frick. God this city sucks arse. It literally took me 45 minutes to get from Pecue to Highland Road on ramp to I-10

Rain causes traffic accidents which block lanes of cars creating bottlenecks resulting in cars piling up as the same number of cars attempt to navigate fewer lanes.

People just tend to drive totally different in the rain. It's always a cluster frick when it's raining at 5.
Luckily my surface street commute doesn't vary much. 25 minutes on a good day and 35 on a bad one.
