A mental illness that's spreading quickly. I know of a couple of local girls who were at one point solid OT 9s that have ruined their appearance by trying to roll back the clock.

Not knowing any facts involved, my immediate guess is “cut rate plastic surgery.”
Having quality work done can look good in the short term but will look like shite as you age because what was done isn’t natural.
Having cut rate work done can make you look like a fish or The Joker immediately. Meg Ryan is my go-to of someone who fricked themselves up by poorly done plastic surgery.

On the flipside, if you don't hop on the Oxempic or get absurd plastic surgery you're likely to end up on the front of a tabloid screaming "OMG WHAT HAPPENED TO HER" when they are just women aging normally.
Not everyone has Elizabeth Hurley's genes.

I listened to W&J on the way into work this morning...Kenny Webster mentioned that someone found a CDC report from 1991 that discussed transgenderism. One of the conclusions, and I'm paraphrasing, is that a lot of that instability is actually coming from the mother's mental issues.
