The fee associated with construction was ONLY for construction and dropped off at completion. Now I'm sure the UREC fee went up because more services are offered and they go up every year anyway, but this specific assessment was only for the construction. And also, you called out people for speculating while you were doing the same exact thing. You couldn't provide a link that the fee stayed while calling people a dumbass for not providing a link that it dropped off AFTER they did exactly that.

No, but that doesn't mean they don't consistently go up. I figured most people knew that was true. Projects like the lazy river are one of the ways that universities justify constant fee increases. In other words, the WSJ is right.
