No watch houses like this make interesting women's watches though, as far as I've seen. Know of any?

The back of that computer isn't as nice as the one on the watch though. The bling is on the inside...isn't that the point of a beautiful woman?

Here's your problem.
Women don't want an "interesting" watch. They want a pretty watch.
Unless you have an Apple Watch or something like it, that is functional and useful, a watch is just another piece of jewelry to a woman. It's an accessory.
Plus, that watch in the OP isn't even interesting. It's ugly and it looks cheap.
