I would not turn her in if it was an accident.

If my mom killed someone intentionally, they probably deserved it. So no to that one too.

I wouldn't turn anyone in. If it became personal, I have faith my uncles, cousins and myself could handle it. No point in ever getting involved with law enforcement in any way, if it can be avoided.

I wouldn't have to turn her in. She would report it to the police herself if she was involved in an accident where someone died.
