No, hopefully I'm dead by that point. Am a millennial and have no desire to live past 50.

Since there's a good chance that in 30 years I'll be permanently staring at the inside surface of a casket lid, no thanks.

If by some miracle I'm still alive, I'll probably be living in a run down nursing home wearing a diaper needing changing eating green jello three times a day. So no.

I will be dead in 30 years. Likely sooner than that. So I guess I would prefer to wait and see it first hand.

However, I certainly would like to look at the TV and see tonight's Powerball draw right now.

Is there a way to change it or not?

Have to define what rules of time travel are on place to make an informed decision.

It will be a life run by millenials so it will probably look very similar to the movie Idiocracy

Would I be inside head for those 3 seconds? In other words, will I be able to understand context of the moment, know what I know at that moment, etc?

It's unlikely you'd see anything special in any random 3 seconds 30 years from now. I'd do it just to see I guess. I wouldn't if I was me for 3 seconds. I'd hate to find out one of my kids was in jail or dead or my wife was gone or something sad like that.

Its 30 years in the future. You will be able to bang some ultra realistic sex robot or partake in hyper real virtual reality instead of beating off.
