Please don’t tell me you are trying to open up a real rehab but make it seasonal, they don’t work like that for a reason

It’s outdoors. Camping. From late spring to early fall, but the pieces have to all be in place by Jan and money outlay to get the pieces in place begins this fall.

Without knowing what it is it's hard to say.
What I can say is that we have blown our 2019 and 2020 numbers out of the water already. At least in our sector it is a boom economy.

Need advice regarding this subject from the OT elite. I have a solid business idea, business plan, numbers, and data to prove good results. Next step is talk to a bank and get the SBA loan for about 400-500k. The only issue is they need 20% down. And I don’t have 100k lying around. What are the options here
