Yes, it "may", but a swamp always is. I don't know how this is really debatable in a survival situation. Now if you say rain forest, sure, I might take the desert.

Well swamp is the obvious answer, but i will say i do think the swamp is a lot more dangerous at night. You would need to be able to make some sort of shelter for sure.
