Yeah, good question. Someone offered me a million bucks to live there a few years, I'd be there faster than you could whistle Dixe. Even if not, a million could go a long way in both those countries. I'd pick India over Saudi, but it really wouldn't be all that difficult of a decision.

Honestly I'm on the fence. I've been to India, and I quite honestly hate that fricking country. There are many countries that seem chaotic on the surface, but once you get to know them, you realize the method behind te madness. Not so with India. The country is a pure chaotic cesspool where you'll be bathing in the same place where dead bodies regularly float down. Not to mention they're demanding as frick and your diet is screwed compared to just about any other country you could live in.

They're two completely different countries. Saudi has better infrastructure but no freedom (women can't drive) and a radical/fundamentalist vibe. India has poor infrastructure and poverty but a more free environment while being generally more fun. I'd pick India if I had to.

Kind of my position. I could deal with a Saudi structured society better than India chaos for a short period.

India, while far more chaotic, would almost certainly be more fun. If I had a gun to my head to choose which one I'd live in for the rest of my life, I'd choose India without a second's hesitation.

You didn't have access to anything like you have here. Not the same TV, news, music, etc. No alcohol.
Once you left the compound, you were subject to Muslim law. Females could not drive off of the compound, and had to be covered.
Sounds like a lot of fun (sarcasm).
