Would you let your teenage son wear a black choker necklace?

Saw a MILF today ( 
) with a couple kids in tow. The last one was a 14 or 15 year old boy with gothy black jeans and a choker. Given the connotations that accompany this particular item, would any self respecting father let his son open himself to such derision?

Kids go through phases. That sounds like something a weird goth kid might do. He'll get over it. It's counterproductive to push against it.

At 16 years old Alexander the Great was placed in charge of Macedonia while his father was away at war against Byzantium.
At 15 years old, if your son is making the decision to wear a choker then you've already lost him. Your only chance is to try as quickly as possible to birth another son to replace him.
