I wouldn’t give a tip to anyone who asks for a tip

Verbally asked it.

I’m not even sure. I’d like to think I’d politely say “no thank you”, but I might be so completely caught off guard by someone who simply scooped food into a bowl having the stones to verbally ask for a tip that I might just stupidly leave one.

In any event, I’d never go back.

If they just turn the little screen around and ask for a tip I normally just them a dollar or two.

You’re part of the problem. Why do people feel so guilted into just giving away money for nothing?

The tipping culture in this country, thanks to woke phucks (SEI), has morphed into nothing more than panhandling. Screw them, and the entire restaurant industry. Entitled pricks!

Yeah, that’s only marginally different than the guy standing at the intersection holding a sign.

I think that’s the strategy. To put you on the spot.

They have nothing to lose if it doesn’t work.

I’ve had people ask me “No tip?” many times before. But when I actually get excellent service and leave a 40-50% tip on the check, a $20 bill on the bar, or a $100 in the back seat of her car, they never even acknowledge it

I believe I’d turn around and walk out mid-burrito construction. Not taking advice from a chipotle NPC on how to spend my money.

I would grab my food first, before I tell them no, reduces the chance of getting spit in tour food. Just a thought.

I would have looked him right in the eye and said for what? Followed by a no.

Not that I’d ever eat food from that disgusting place, but if they asked for a tip I’d show them
my middle finger

No, and if he is an a-hole about it I would ask his manager if he was taught that in training.
