Bench seats are awesome for finger banging your special lady on a drive.
And plus, you could fit a sweet system in the back with (2) kicker 12s in a custom box and a punch amp.

Riding in those rear facing back seats was the best. Basically eye to eye with people at red lights, motioning to them to honk their horns. Good times!

My parents had a blue one. When we went on trips they stacked all the luggage in the back seats and put us 3 kids in the cargo area. We had room to stretch out, play games, and sleep. And we were far enough back to not get on our parent's nerves. Good times.

I rode in the backseat of a similar '71 Plymouth Fury III Station Wagon over three weeks in August of '71* this route:
*I was still a couple of years away from learning how to masturbate or else the miles & hours would have gone by a lot more easily.
And that rear cabin would have been even more disgusting.
