They are not, as of Tuesday anyway.
Only three places open for dine-in in S’Marcos that I could find were SaltGrass, 54th Street, and Mamacitas.

Not at the moment. My elderly father lives with us. He is healthy but I'm going to remain cautious for a while longer. Glad others would be enjoying themselves though.
