100% of the problems I solve have nothing to do with gender or really humans.

Different background, experiences, and knowledge solve them though.

I’m guessing you don’t work in HR then.

No one cooks from complete scratch anymore or needs to. Clothes are washed at the touch of a button by a machine. Much of the home management stuff is automated.

HR protects the company. A guy I used to work with got fired for calling a subordinate while he was drunk and insisting they have sex that night. I’m sure that was just HR being SJWs right?

Define from complete scratch. It’s shifted from gathering your own to buying from a store, but plenty of people still cook from scratch.

Sounds great. Who wants to marry me and pay for my horses?

That’s one of he most stupid arguments I’ve ever seen you try to make. And that’s saying something.

the overall point being that cooking or feeding a family is easier now than ever

cooking "from scratch" isn't a necessity anymore, it's a hobby

This is true until you realize who HR is protecting the company from: lawsuits by women and minority employees. This motivates HR to do anything it can to make those groups happy at the expense of all others. HR doesn’t always protect the company first either. HR protects HR first. If HR doesn’t like someone, they’re gone. They will find a crime to fit the punishment they want to dish out. If HR likes someone, they’re golden and can do no wrong. HR functions like any other oppressive, corrupt, lazy, incompetent government bureaucracy in most companies.

Fr33 just got triggered. It’s not a hobby, it’s a way of life in Louisiana where every household could win 3 Michelin stars if those French fricks would come visit.

My example was a Hispanic that was fired.

I’m good friends with a few HR managers at different Cat dealers across the Southeast. We’ve discussed some of their major headaches they have to deal with. By far they all agree the number one problem they face is issues between men & women or women and women.

You don't think that some women don't put it out there?

So you're saying a man just can't avoid going after a woman sexually or accepting a woman's sexual advances if she puts it out there?

Even if you are a good cook who takes time to cook well practically no one is going from scratch. Everyone takes shortcuts. Out of a can or pre-made in some way. Even let's say a simple dish like spaghetti. Who do you know who is frequently making their own pasta from dough and flour and cutting it themselves? Or using a red sauce from fresh tomatoes that they boiled down themselves? Even if you're making it relatively from "scratch" most people are just using tomato sauce they got out of a can.

HR

Is a drain on society. As was once stated by archer, their job could be done by a bulletin board.

“Don’t have sex with your coworkers”

Is that any more or less meaningful when you read it on a board vs having someone sit you down for an hour “class” to tell you the same thing in person?

Yeah that’s the shift from gathering to grocery shopping. Convenience has removed a lot of the steps early in the process.
