My estimation is a fear of roll-back on various abortion and women's health rights. Which I believe, as a filthy fricking liberal, is a fairly noble cause. Whether the fears are well-founded or not isn't entirely clear. But it's pretty clear this was for many an ice bucket challenge type thing. Just wanted everyone to know they did it and post some photos to instagram.

The difference here, and I believe where the animosity lies, is that these women in particular associate every hurdle or negative thing that arises in their life to be a block administered by white men. They go on tirades about white men. TV channels makes specials telling white men how bad they are. Any retort or attempt at conversation turns violent or into an obscenity laden rant and complete dismissal of any prevalent facts that may strike holes in their logic. You can call it bitching if you'd like. I see it as a shot at those who think the world would be better without you.
Of course dems on here will rush to criticize the repubs laughing at them. Whereas the tea party, westboro, rapists, racists, and lunatics are criticized more heavily by repubs than dems, because thats who the dems will point at when they are in fact the extreme. I honestly think thats my biggest qualm with the left (other than big government and taxation). The left will not tolerate criticism of their own, whereas at least the right acknowledges that the extremists are idiots and will criticize them as well.

If the march for was woman's right and equality for women, then why werent the Pro-Life groups allowed to sponsor the march and were asked to not show up, were attacked and shunned?

I have nothing against women protesting it is their American right. They were not allowed to vote or do much not very long ago. My disguise with this whole thing is the likes of Madonna and Ashley Judd talking shite. The fact is it is 2017 not 1917 there are women in the Republican party, women billionaires, women CEO'S now. Just because Trump has his beliefs doesn't mean he is taking Womens rights away. March on I just think some of these women are butt hurt about the election.

Noble cause?

This is just as bad as what the SNL writer said. I'm sure you bitched about that, so that would make you a hypocrite.
But you're also just a complete fricking a-hole.

how many also appeared on an episode of 'girls gone wild'?
Looks like a bunch of them went wild at the Golden Corral or some other buffet

No doubt. There were millions of them. I doubt all of them had a clear idea of what they were protesting and why. That doesn't mean all of them were in that camp.

Why does it have to be a one issue cause? It's not an unheard of idea to support multiple organizations.
Not saying it has to be a one issue cause, but some continuity would've made a stronger statement. Seems that the only thing the majority of them agreed upon, was not allowing Pro-Life participants. A solid front on a particular subject or even two or three related subjects, creates change. Once you get into multiple issues, many of them that have little-to-no factual basis, it just comes across as whining or being there for the selfie, not the cause.
I support anyone's right to peacefully protest, and from all accounts, this was a peaceful protest. Unfortunately, the vulgar nature of some of the participants, combined with the fact that many of the women who marched will likely never further their protest by petitioning or volunteering to make a difference, makes the whole thing disingenuous.
Furthermore, by their trashing of the city streets, some of the costumes, and some of the things that were said in speeches, I feel that they have only fed into the "nasty woman" narrative.
I'm sure that many of the women stopped and helped clean up as much as they could. That they were there to create change and discourse, but I also believe that they were in the minority. As for the organizers... perhaps more planning with the cities for more trash receptacles, as well as speakers who were more fit to talk about such issues, would've been better. I just have a hard time believing Ashley Judd and Madonna are discriminated against due to their sex. I also have a hard time being told how terrible men are to women from a woman who has made millions off of the vulgar "locker room talk" nature of her lyrics, dancing, and music videos. The whole thing just reeks of social media, look at me, disingenuousness.

I understand what you are saying. My Gf is a Republican and voted for Trump. If you watched the debates between Trump and Hillary the abortion issue/right to choose did strike a chord with my gf. If you remember though Trump did say he was pro life but did say very clearly that he would leave it up to each state to decide. Unfortunately with the likes of CNN, MsNbc, etc. they don't focus on that narrative.

You don't think that recently the white heterosexual male has been a target by the left?
I'm not saying that the white heterosexual male is a victim by any means, but I think stating that the white heterosexual male is being demonized by the left is quite a fair assessment.
I'm not asking for pity, but if you blame your faults on me I'll call you out on you BS and laugh at your lack of self-awareness.
