It appears to be pieces of some type of candy or something that was in a package, which brings up another topic. There were some property damage caused by this brawl. Does a business's insurance cover that? Or do they have to eat whatever was lost? (I am sure the one lady would be glad to eat anything that was lost).

If its used to kill someone I guess it can, but I don't think the shopping cart was the biggest threat. I'd rather the cart run me over than be ran over by that woolly mammoth pushing it.
