The most highly trained women fighters would whoop 90% of dudes.
Im talking UFC, Olympics kickboxing, professional boxers.
Compared to any dude who has trained for a couple years can beat 1/2 of those women.

I did BJJ for about 6 months when I was working from home and had the time. When playing within the rules of BJJ class, a woman with a higher belt was way better than me. But it never....I mean never once felt threatening like it did with a guy. A higher belt guy felt like he could kill me when he wanted. Women felt like I could probably easily get out of this if there wasn't the whole thing about not wanting to hurt my training partner.
