Absolutely, been playing around with TikTok lately and today I found out about the "Airtight" challenge. Figured it was just a thing for "swingers" to aspire for but the comment section was filled with "OMG Life Goals" type comments from women, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

What they don’t realize is this makes the guy more desirable to most single women.

I don't think they will win that case. For one, it's women sharing rmtheir experiences with guys they date. If they warning other women that this guy is a perve etc, that's their experience. We warn our kids not to talk to strangers. Pedos or sex predators are required to register in database wherever they move. Neighbors are sent mail stating that a predator has moved into the neighborhood. If a woman is a serial scammer, if you let people know about her, that's a heads up. He'll, sharing is how an American pedo was outed in a fb group for using a camera to take profile pics in a group that was later found to be same camera used to take pics of his way younger wife's sibling that was 3 or 4 yrs old.

Women's dating Facebook group w 3.5 million members nationwide getting sued for defaming men.
individual Facebook groups where women share red flags about individual men and check that he is not dating another person.[2] The groups have over 3.5 million members as of January 2024.[1] It is done by taking screenshots of a man's dating profile and posting it onto her city's designated Facebook group, asking "any tea?". Other users in the group will then share information about the man and share warnings.[3][4] The groups are moderated by volunteers,[4] and have been described as a feminist group.[5]
Posts are supposed to include a first name and a photo, but not addresses. Posts are generally vetted by moderators. Users attempting to join the groups are also examined to prevent postage of fake profiles.[4] Most group users are straight cisgendered women.[1]
The group often mocks men for their body or appearance.[6][7] According to Vice, the men being posted about have no way to defend against accusations made about them, and on the other hand, posters cannot prove their stories unless backed up by others.[3] Often times, members post pictures alongside personal information such as his name, which may infringe on that person's legal right to privacy. Lawyers have said these issues can lead to a defamation lawsuit,[8][9] and members can make false allegations and create fabricated stories.[9][10][11] If members tell the man that he's been talked about on the group, the "snitch" will be banned and be "exposed to the whole group".[12][4]

This is why the suit has legs. The main defense against libel or slander is that the statement made is provably true.
